Natural Acerola Cherry Powder

ACEROLA CHERRY (Malpigia emarginata) is a tropical fruit shrub or small tree of the Malpighiaceae family.

Vitamin C is an essential and powerful antioxidant vitamin that protects hair follicles from free radicals. Acerola also acts as an acidifier for Sattva Henna Red. Adding it to the herbal dye mixture results in brighter and more intense shades of red.

How to use?

To use natural Acerola Cherry powder as an acidifier for Sattva Henna Red, weigh out about 5g of acerola for every 50g of coloring herbs. Then mix the powder with warm water until you get a consistency resembling a thick mask. Once the mixture is ready, cover it and set aside for about 2 hours so that the ingredients can activate.

Before applying, make sure that your hair is thoroughly cleansed. Apply the prepared paste evenly over the entire length of your hair, trying to cover it completely. Leave the mixture on your hair for 2 to 3 hours.

After the recommended time, rinse your hair thoroughly with clean water, making sure all the product has been removed. To avoid allergic reactions or scalp irritations, before fully applying the product, do an allergy test by applying a small amount of the paste to a small area of skin and observe the reaction for a few hours.
