The jug is available in two capacities: 1250 ml and 1950 ml. Smooth finish — a polished, uniform surface without decoration, achieved by hand polishing. Soldered handle and a lid with its own handle.

Care and use

Before first use, rinse the jug with water, without detergents. Clean it with lemon and salt or with vinegar — avoid the dishwasher and harsh cleaning agents. Do not store acidic or carbonated drinks or milk in it. A smooth surface shows natural patina and any scratches more clearly than embossed textures — regular polishing restores the shine. Does the jug have a coating inside?

No — it is at least 99.9% pure copper, with no lacquer and no tin coating.

Does the smooth surface scratch more easily than the hammered one?

Scratches are simply more visible on it, not more frequent. It is a matter of how the finish looks, not of how durable the metal is.

How long should I keep water in the jug?

6–8 hours is enough, ideally overnight.

How does the 1250 ml version differ from the 1950 ml one?

Only the capacity — the pattern and craftsmanship are identical.
