Patchouli has a very intense, specific, soothing, earthy scent. According to ancient Ayurvedic medicine, the scent of patchouli increases life energy and improves mood. It stimulates the nervous system and reduces stress. Patchouli incense is often used in Hindu rituals and during meditation.

Incense is made from essences of flowers, herbs, wood, plant resins and honey. Hand-rolled on bamboo.

To use natural incense, start by choosing a quiet place where you want to create an atmosphere of relaxation and peace. Make sure the place is well ventilated and there are no flammable materials nearby.

Take one incense stick from the package and place it in a suitable holder or base that will provide stability while smoldering. Light the tip of the incense stick using a small flame from a match or lighter. Let the flame burn for a few seconds.

Blow out the flame gently, leaving only the glowing tip. The incense will begin to release smoke with a soothing lavender scent. Enjoy the aroma in the air for about 60-70 minutes.

While burning incense, you can focus on deep breathing and meditation, which will further aid in the process of relaxation and unwinding after a hard day. If you use incense before bed, let its scent help prepare your mind for a restorative sleep.

Once smouldering is complete, make sure the residue is completely extinguished and safely disposed of. Store the remaining sticks in a dry place for next use.
