To use natural chakra incense, start by finding a quiet place where you can relax and focus inward. Sit in a comfortable position and take a few deep breaths to prepare for your chakra harmonization session.

Choose the right incense for the chakra you want to balance. You can choose your incense based on scent or your intuition. Light the tip of the incense with a low flame and let it burn for a moment. Then gently blow out the flame, leaving the tip glowing.

Place the smoldering incense stick on the clay stand provided. Make sure it is in a safe place where it will not get in the way or pose a fire hazard.

Focus your attention on the area of ​​your body associated with your chosen chakra. Visualize the flow of energy and imagine its balance and harmony in that place. Allow the scent to permeate your senses and support the harmonization process.

Stay in this meditative moment for about 30 minutes or as long as it takes to burn the incense. Focus your thoughts on the intentions related to balancing the energy of that chakra and an overall sense of peace and well-being.
