Natural oil from black cumin seeds ( Nigella sativa ) with a dark green colour, intense, spicy flavour and characteristic aroma. Cold pressed, it retains full nutritional value and biologically active ingredients.
Properties and applications:
- In the kitchen: Rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. Ideal for salads, sauces and marinades. Recommended dose – 1 teaspoon per day.
- In cosmetics: Moisturizes and regenerates the skin, soothes irritations and helps fight acne. Applied to hair, it strengthens it, prevents breakage and supports its growth.
