Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting & relationship building — identify and contact potential B2B customers and distributors across the EU (email, calls, online meetings), and maintain strong, long-term relationships through consistent follow-up

• Sales strategy & offers — analyze each market, recommend the right products and sales approach, and prepare customized commercial offers, sales targets and forecasts

• Distributor management — appoint distributors (ideally one exclusive partner per country), negotiate and finalize distribution agreements, and support distributors with marketing plans, product information and promotional materials

• Market execution — coordinate country-specific promotional campaigns, local labeling, translations and stickers required for individual markets

• Reporting & performance — manage tasks and deadlines in Asana, maintain clear and professional communication, and monitor sales performance to drive turnover

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

• A proactive, independent approach with a strong focus on results

• Persistence and consistency in following up — you close deals, not just send emails

• Ability to manage several markets and customers simultaneously

• Structured, organized way of working with strong time and task management

• Comfort taking ownership and reporting progress clearly and honestly

Qualifications:

• Fluent English (spoken & written); a very good level of French or German

• Experience in international B2B or export sales

• Experience using Asana or similar project-management tools

• Knowledge of cosmetics, natural products, Ayurveda or wellness is an advantage

• Additional European languages are a strong advantage
