Collection: For stress and mental health
For stress and mental health

Your mind needs support too. Not just your schedule.
Mental fatigue works differently from physical fatigue. You can sleep eight hours and wake up exhausted. You can have no “reason to be stressed” and still feel constant unease. You can want to focus and not be able to hold your attention for more than a few minutes. Ayurveda has recognized these states for thousands of years — and has specific herbs for them. Not narcotics, not sedatives. Plants that regulate the nervous system from within.
A different action from immunity support — and that's an important difference
The products in this collection target the nervous system and neurotransmitter balance, not the cortisol–immunity axis. They influence serotonin and dopamine levels, protect neurons from damage, regulate sleep quality and improve cognitive plasticity. This isn't “calm from a pill” — it's work on how the brain processes stress. The difference is fundamental.
Products in the collection
Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri, powder) — Ayurveda's number one herb for the mind. The bacosides in brahmi show neuroprotective properties and improve communication between neurons. Effective for difficulties with memory and concentration and for mental exhaustion. Recommended especially for people who do intensive intellectual work.
Gotu Kola extract (Centella asiatica) — in Ayurveda it is called the “herb of longevity for the mind.” It improves cerebral microcirculation, supports the regeneration of the nervous system and has an anti-anxiety effect without sedation. It is increasingly studied as support for chronic stress and anxiety.
Ashwagandha extract (capsules) — on the mental side: it reduces cortisol levels, shortens the time it takes to fall asleep, improves sleep depth and lowers reactivity to stressors. For people whose stress shows up mainly as insomnia and irritability.
Ashwagandha powder — the traditional form to take in the evening in warm milk. A classic Ayurvedic protocol for winding down before sleep.
Tulsi extract (Ocimum sanctum) — it has an anxiolytic (that is, anti-anxiety) effect without sedation. It regulates cortisol and serotonin levels. For irritability, nervous tension and difficulty “switching off” after an intense day.
Who it's for
For people whose stress shows up mainly in the mind — not in their immunity or physical exhaustion, but in their mood, concentration, sleep quality and ability to relax. If you are looking for support with chronic anxiety or depression, supplements are a complement to professional help, not a substitute for it — it's worth saying this plainly.
Calm isn't the absence of stress. It's a better response to it.
Ayurveda doesn't promise that you'll stop having difficult days. It gives you tools so your nervous system can cope with them unharmed.
