Natural Henna for Hair | Ayurvedic Plant-Based Coloring
Natural Henna & Amla Plant-Based Hair Dye 150 g
What makes the Henna Amla shade special?
Unlike pure henna, which gives a bright, fiery copper, Henna Amla creates a richer, less vivid color. Amla naturally darkens and cools the red, giving it a deeper, chestnut tone.
It is an ideal choice for people who want red, but in a more elegant, less intense version. The effect is balanced – a warm sheen is visible in the light, while in the shade the color looks more subdued.
If you want a very intense, bright ginger, choose red henna. If you want a more wine-toned or maroon effect, check out the red wine or burgundy shade.
Color results on different base colors
On light blonde hair, you will get a distinct but more muted red than with pure henna.
On dark blonde hair, the color will be deep, with a chestnut character.
On light brown hair, the effect will be more subtle – your hair will gain a warm, red-brown tone.
On gray hair, the color may be lighter after the first application, but subsequent colorings will deepen the effect.
How does henna with amla work?
Henna binds with the hair's keratin, creating a protective layer of pigment. The added amla:
-
supports scalp condition,
-
strengthens hair,
-
helps achieve a more balanced shade,
-
gently darkens and cools the red.
Unlike chemical dyes, the blend does not disrupt the hair structure or weaken the hair.
The color settles within 24–48 hours after application.
Who is it ideal for?
Henna Amla is recommended for people who:
-
want a less vivid red than classic henna,
-
have naturally brown hair and want to give it a chestnut tone,
-
value the combination of coloring and Ayurvedic care,
-
want to strengthen their hair while coloring it.
