Kumkumadi Ayurvedic Facial Oil

Kumkumadi face oil, 30 ml. An oil serum based on the classic Kumkumadi Tailam formula: two carrier oils, saffron and 22 plant extracts. It contains no fragrances, colorants or preservatives.

What's inside

The base is sesame oil and sweet almond oil, to which 22 plant extracts are added, including saffron (Kesar), turmeric, white and red sandalwood, manjistha, licorice, lotus flower, vetiver, jasmine and barberry. The formula also contains beeswax and milk.

Classic formula

Kumkumadi Tailam is a traditional Ayurvedic formula for facial skin care. Our oil is based on its classic composition: herbs, flowers, sandalwoods and saffron in an oil base. It contains nothing that doesn't belong in this recipe.

Who it's for

For dull, sallow skin and skin with dark spots, as well as mature skin. The light texture absorbs quickly and leaves no greasy film, so the oil also works on combination and oily skin.

Tested in a study

In a usage test and instrumental measurements at an independent accredited laboratory, after 4 weeks of regular use: 93% of participants confirmed that their skin felt moisturized, 93% found the oil pleasant to use, and 73% noticed that their skin had become more radiant. Dark spots lightened by an average of 7%, and skin hydration increased by an average of 26%.

Take 2–3 drops in your palm and massage them into cleansed facial skin with your fingertips until absorbed. Leave on overnight or wash off after 30–40 minutes.

Treatment: every day before bed for 7 days, then 1–2 times a week. You can add a few drops to a clay mask or to your cream.

Before first use, do a patch test on a small area of skin.
