Scalp Lotions

Hair falls out for a specific reason. And it needs a specific response.
Stress, hormonal changes, the autumn season, diet — each of these factors disrupts the hair growth cycle and weakens the hair roots. Shampoo won't fix that. Neither will conditioner. Your scalp needs a product that reaches where the problem really begins — the hair follicle.
Sattva Ayurveda scalp lotions were created where two worlds meet: Ayurvedic knowledge of herbs that have supported hair health in India for thousands of years, and modern active ingredients with clinically confirmed action. No compromises. No decorative ingredients on the INCI list.
A formula that works from the roots — literally
Most scalp lotions on the market are based on water with a few herbal extracts. Here it's different. In every product in this category, you'll find active ingredients with a specific role: substances that stimulate scalp microcirculation, regulate follicle function and strengthen the hair structure at the root. No fillers. No artificial fragrances.
Some of the lotions contain plant keratin — the same substance hair is made of — to rebuild it from the root. Others use patented clinical complexes. All of them are based on Ayurvedic plant extracts whose effects are confirmed by both tradition and research.
What you'll find in this category
Scalp Lotion – Fenugreek — stimulates hair growth, strengthens the hair roots and regulates the scalp. For thinning, weakened hair, especially after stress or hormonal changes.
Scalp Lotion – Saffron and Cinnamon — stimulates microcirculation, adds shine and strengthens hair at the root. For dull hair in need of regeneration.
Scalp Lotion – Henna and Amla — strengthens the hair structure, seals the cuticle and improves density. Amla is one of the most powerful antioxidants in Ayurveda — rich in vitamin C, it slows graying and stimulates growth.
Neem and Ginger Keratin Scalp Lotion — deeply regenerates, has an antibacterial effect on the scalp (neem), stimulates circulation (ginger) and rebuilds hair with plant keratin. For damaged, brittle hair that needs an intensive treatment.
Curry and Onion Keratin Scalp Lotion — regulates sebum, refreshes the scalp and strengthens hair from the root. For scalps prone to oiliness.
Scalp Lotion – Anise and Licorice — revitalizes, soothes an irritated scalp and restores balance. For sensitive, reactive scalps.
Hair Growth Serum with Redensyl® and Capillia Longa™ — the most intensive product in the category. Two patented complexes confirmed by clinical studies: Redensyl® reactivates hair follicle stem cells, while Capillia Longa™ (from turmeric rhizome) stimulates cell proliferation and rebuilds the follicle. Results visible after 30 days. Use when other methods aren't enough.
Anti-Hair Loss Cream — daily care that strengthens the hair roots, without spray application. For those who prefer a creamy texture and want to combine their treatment with scalp hydration.
Scalp Lotion and Scalp Massager Set — a complete ritual: scalp lotion + a silicone massager that mechanically stimulates circulation and helps the active ingredients absorb deeper into the scalp.
Who these products are for
Sattva scalp lotions are primarily for people with excessive hair loss — seasonal, postpartum, stress-related or hormonal. Reach for them if you see more hair on your brush than you should, if your hair grows back more slowly, or if your scalp is hypersensitive, prone to oiliness or irritation. In Ayurveda, hair loss is mainly linked to an imbalanced Pitta dosha — an excess of heat, inflammation and toxins. Products with amla, neem and fenugreek naturally balance Pitta. Keratin scalp lotions with ginger also have a strong strengthening effect for Vata dosha — dry, fragile, brittle hair.
How an Ayurvedic scalp lotion differs from a pharmacy one
A pharmacy scalp lotion is usually water, caffeine and biotin. Effective in the short term, but it doesn't address the cause of the problem. Sattva's Ayurvedic formula works differently — herbs such as amla, neem, fenugreek and gotu kola influence the condition of the scalp systemically: they regulate sebum, soothe inflammation, improve microcirculation and deliver minerals directly to the hair follicle. Where other products suppress the symptom, here we address the environment in which hair grows.
Your scalp knows what it needs. We give it just that.
Don't rush — build a ritual. Scalp lotions work cumulatively: results become visible after 4–8 weeks of regular use. Apply to a clean scalp and massage in with your fingertips for 2–3 minutes. Do not rinse.
Frequently asked questions about scalp lotions
How often should I use scalp lotions? Most Sattva scalp lotions are used 2–3 times a week after washing your hair. The Redensyl® serum can be applied daily — morning and evening.
Scalp lotion or serum — which should I choose for hair loss? Herbal scalp lotions support the scalp environment and work preventively or for moderate hair loss. The serum with Redensyl® and Capillia Longa™ is the option for intensive hair loss — it contains patented clinical complexes with intervention-level strength.
Are Ayurvedic scalp lotions compatible with the CGM method? Yes — scalp lotions are applied to the scalp, not the hair, so they don't conflict with silicone-free hair care. Sattva formulas are free from silicones and sulfates.
