Share capital: 50,000 PLN (hereinafter: the "Seller").
2. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the online store, including the rules for placing orders, payment, delivery and concluding distance sales agreements.
3. The Seller can be contacted by phone at +48 798 402 470, by email at info@sattva.pl, during business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00, or by post at the registered office address indicated in §1(1).
§2 Definitions
The terms used in the Terms and Conditions have the following meanings:
a. Customer — a natural person, legal person or organizational unit making purchases in the Store.
b. Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
c. Goods — a physical product available in the Store.
d. Digital Service — an intangible product, including an e-book, consultation, webinar or training course.
e. Account — the Customer's individual panel in the Store, which makes it possible, among other things, to track the order history.
§3 Technical requirements
Using the Store requires a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser and an active email address. When purchasing Digital Services (e-books, recordings), software for reading files in PDF format or in another format indicated in the product description may also be required.
§4 Store Account
1. Creating an Account is voluntary — purchases can also be made without registering.
2. Creating an Account requires providing an email address and setting a password.
3. The Customer may delete the Account at any time by contacting the Seller using the details indicated in §1(3).
§5 Placing orders
1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the sattva.pl website.
2. To place an order, the Customer must select Goods or a Digital Service, provide the data necessary to fulfill the order and accept these Terms and Conditions.
3. After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation of its acceptance at the email address provided, containing a summary of the order.
4. The Sales Agreement is concluded at the moment the Seller confirms acceptance of the order.
§6 Prices and payment methods
1. The prices of Goods and Digital Services stated in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN), which is the Seller's base and settlement currency.
2. For Customers outside Poland, the Store allows the order to be displayed and paid for in the Customer's local currency, converted from PLN at the exchange rate applied by the payment operator. In such a case, the Customer's payment card or other chosen payment method is charged directly with the amount in their local currency. The final amount payable, together with the settlement currency, is shown to the Customer before the order is finalized, at the cart summary and payment stage, and is binding on both parties regardless of any subsequent exchange rate fluctuations.
3. The exchange rate used to convert the price into the Customer's local currency is set by the payment operator and may differ slightly from the rate applied by the National Bank of Poland or by the Customer's bank/card issuer. The Seller recommends that Customers paying in a currency other than PLN check with their payment service provider for any additional currency conversion costs that may arise from the terms of the Customer's agreement with their bank.
4. The Store accepts the following payment methods: fast online bank transfers (Przelewy24), BLIK, payment card, as well as deferred or installment payment (e.g. PayPo, Klarna) — in accordance with the options available during the checkout process.
5. The terms of deferred or installment payment are set out in the terms and conditions of the relevant payment operator (e.g. PayPo, Klarna), with which the Customer concludes a separate agreement.
§7 Delivery
1. The Store delivers Goods via courier, InPost parcel lockers, other parcel lockers and pickup points, and also offers in-store pickup.
2. The delivery cost is shown to the Customer before the order is placed and is added to the order value, unless the Seller announces free delivery.
3. The order processing time (preparation for shipment) is 2 business days from the moment the payment is credited. The delivery time also depends on the selected carrier.
4. If the Customer fails to collect a parcel from an InPost parcel locker, a pickup point or the courier and the parcel is returned to the Seller, this is not equivalent to submitting a statement of withdrawal from the contract. After receiving the returned parcel, the Seller will contact the Customer by email to agree on how to proceed, asking whether the Customer wishes: a) to have the Goods shipped again — for an additional fee in accordance with the current delivery price list, payable before shipment, or b) to cancel the order — in which case the Seller refunds the Customer the amount paid less the cost of the original shipment to the Customer and the cost of the return shipment to the Seller. The Customer should reply within 7 days of receiving the message from the Seller. If no reply is received within this period, the funds paid are retained by the Seller until the Customer gets in touch and makes a decision in accordance with the above options.
§8 Conformity of Goods with the contract and complaints
The rules governing the Seller's liability for the conformity of Goods with the contract and the procedure for submitting complaints, including complaints concerning Digital Services, are set out in a separate document — the Returns and Complaints Policy, available at:
Returns and Complaints Policy
§9 Right of withdrawal from the contract
The rules and exceptions concerning the Consumer's right to withdraw from the contract — including specific rules for Digital Services (e-books, consultations, webinars, training courses), copper products and the policy on canceling consultation appointments — are set out in the Returns and Complaints Policy, available at:
§10 Gift Cards
The rules for purchasing and using Gift Cards are set out in the separate Gift Card Terms and Conditions, available at:

§11 Out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims
1. Detailed information on the Consumer's options for using out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, as well as the rules of access to these procedures, is available at the offices and on the websites of district (municipal) Consumer Ombudsmen, social organizations whose statutory tasks include consumer protection, and Voivodeship Inspectorates of the Trade Inspection, as well as at the following websites of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK): https://www.uokik.gov.pl/spory_konsumenckie.php, https://www.uokik.gov.pl/sprawy_indywidualne.php, https://www.uokik.gov.pl/wazne_adresy.php.
2. The address https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ provides access to the platform of the online system for resolving disputes between consumers and traders at EU level (the ODR platform), which enables the out-of-court resolution of disputes concerning contracts concluded online.
In particular, the Consumer has the following options for using out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims:
a. applying to the permanent consumer arbitration court referred to in Article 37 of the Act of 15 December 2000 on the Trade Inspection (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 937, as amended) with a request to resolve a dispute arising from the Agreement concluded with the Seller;
b. applying to the Voivodeship Inspector of the Trade Inspection, in accordance with Article 36 of the Act of 15 December 2000 on the Trade Inspection (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 937, as amended), with a request to initiate mediation proceedings for the amicable settlement of a dispute between the Consumer and the Seller;
c. obtaining free assistance in resolving a dispute between the Consumer and the Seller, using the free assistance of a district (municipal) Consumer Ombudsman or a social organization whose statutory tasks include consumer protection (including the Consumer Federation (Federacja Konsumentów) and the Association of Polish Consumers (Stowarzyszenie Konsumentów Polskich)).
§12 Personal data
The rules for processing Customers' personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy, available at:
Privacy Policy
§13 Code of good practice
The Seller is not bound by a code of good practice within the meaning of Article 2 point 5 of the Act of 23 August 2007 on Counteracting Unfair Market Practices.
§14 Newsletter
The Store makes it possible to subscribe to a newsletter containing information about new products, promotions and special offers. Subscription takes place by providing an email address and giving separate, voluntary consent. The Customer may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each message or by contacting the Seller. The rules for processing personal data in connection with the newsletter are set out in the Privacy Policy.
§15 Reviews in the Online Store
1. A Customer of the Online Store may, voluntarily and free of charge, post a review of purchases made in the Online Store. A review may also take the form of a rating, a photo or a written review of a product purchased in the Online Store.
2. After a purchase is made in the Online Store, the Seller provides the company that handles the survey process with the data necessary to create an email invitation. The sending of surveys and the process of collecting reviews via forms are handled entirely by TrustMate SA, with its registered office at Bartoszowicka 3, 51-641 Wrocław. TrustMate SA sends the Customer an email asking them to post a review, with a link to an online form for doing so – the online form makes it possible to answer the Seller's questions about the purchase, rate it, add one's own description to the review and add a photo of the purchased product. If no review is posted after the first invitation, TrustMate may send the invitation again.
3. A review may only be posted by a Customer who has made a purchase in the Seller's Online Store.
4. Reviews posted by Customers are published by the Seller in the Online Store and on the TrustMate.io business profile.
5. The Customer may not use the posting of a review for unlawful activities, in particular activities constituting an act of unfair competition against the Seller, or activities infringing the personal rights, intellectual property rights or other rights of the Seller or third parties.
6. A review may only be posted for products actually purchased in the Seller's Online Store. It is prohibited to conclude fictitious/sham sales agreements in order to post a review. Neither the Seller nor its employees, regardless of the legal basis of their employment, may be the author of a review.
7. A posted review may be deleted by its author at any time.
§16 Promotions and price reductions
1. The Seller may organize promotions and temporary price reductions of Goods and Services.
2. When announcing a price reduction of Goods, the Seller states, next to the information about the reduced price, the lowest price of those Goods that applied during the 30 days before the reduction was introduced, in accordance with Article 4(2) of the Act of 9 May 2014 on Informing about Prices of Goods and Services.
3. If the Goods have been offered for sale for less than 30 days, the lowest price of the Goods that applied in the period from the day on which the Goods were first offered for sale to the day on which the reduction was introduced is stated next to the information about the reduced price.
§17 Final provisions
1. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions for important reasons (e.g. changes in legislation, changes in the scope of business). Orders placed before the changes come into force are fulfilled under the existing rules.
2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights.
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 22.09.2026.
